Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Our commitment
WrightFlow AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
We are actively working toward full conformance. Some content may not yet fully meet every success criterion, and we are committed to addressing any gaps we find.
Accessibility features
Our website includes the following accessibility features:
- A skip-to-main-content link on every page for keyboard users
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading hierarchy and landmark regions
- ARIA labels and landmarks for screen reader navigation
- A fully keyboard-operable interface: every interactive element is reachable and usable by keyboard
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
- Text contrast that meets the WCAG AA thresholds (at least 4.5:1 for normal text, and 3:1 for large text and interface components)
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, with purely decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Content that reflows and stays usable when zoomed, without horizontal scrolling down to narrow screen widths
- Reduced-motion support: decorative animation is disabled when your system requests reduced motion
- A pause control on the auto-scrolling logo strip, so its motion can be stopped by keyboard or touch, not only on hover
- Form fields with programmatically associated labels, and error messages that are announced to screen readers
Known limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations we are actively working to address:
- Third-party embeds, such as the scheduling widget on the booking page, are controlled by their providers and may not fully meet these standards. Where we can choose providers, accessibility is part of that choice.
- We have not yet completed a formal independent (third-party) accessibility audit. Our current conformance is based on automated testing and internal manual review, and we continue to test and improve.
Technical specifications
Accessibility of our website relies on the following technologies:
- HTML5
- CSS
- JavaScript (React)
- WAI-ARIA
We evaluate accessibility using a combination of automated testing (axe-core), manual keyboard navigation, and code-level review. We are expanding this process to include routine manual testing with the NVDA (Windows) and VoiceOver (macOS and iOS) screen readers.
