How does the free demo actually work?

You tell us about your business on a short call or by email. We then build a working preview: a homepage design or a review flow configured for your business. You look at it, react, and decide. If it is not for you, you walk away and owe nothing. We build first because it is the fastest way for you to judge us on work instead of promises.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

Then you should not pay for it, and our model is built around that. You see a working demo before any invoice exists. After launch, everything is month to month with 30 days notice, so if the numbers do not make sense you can stop. No long contract holds you in place.

How fast is setup, really?

The first demo is usually ready within a few days. A typical website launches in one to two weeks depending on how quickly you can review and send materials like photos and service lists. Review systems usually go live within the first week after approval. The honest variable is response time on your side; we move as fast as you can approve.

Do you only work with businesses in Atlanta?

Accepted Answer

Atlanta metro is home base and where we can meet in person, but the systems are delivered remotely and work anywhere in the US. If you are outside Georgia, everything still applies except the handshake.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Service plans are month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. We would rather earn the renewal every month than trap you in a term.

The tradeoff is honest too: we are a small operation, so we take on a limited number of clients and say no when something is outside our lane.

You keep what you paid for. Websites we build for you are yours, including the domain and content. Hosted systems like the review engine wind down at the end of your notice period, and we hand over any data collected on your behalf, like contact lists and review activity.

It depends on scope, which is why pricing starts with a conversation and a demo instead of a rate card. Expect a one-time build fee for websites and a monthly fee for managed systems. You will always see the exact price before you commit to anything, and there are no surprise add-ons.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Domain, content, and design are yours. If you ever leave, we hand over the site and access instead of holding it hostage. Hosting can stay with us or move to any provider you choose.

What tools do you integrate with?

If it has an API, we can usually connect it. Common connections include Google Business Profile, Calendly and other schedulers, CRMs like HubSpot, payment tools like Stripe and Square, QuickBooks, and messaging through Twilio. Integration compatibility is part of the initial scoping conversation.

Customer data lives in established platforms like Supabase and Twilio, not in spreadsheets on a laptop. We collect only what each system needs, keep access limited, and hand everything over if you leave. Review-request texting runs on proper consent, which protects both your customers and your sending reputation.

Which service should I start with?

Start where you lose the most. A competitor outranking you with three times your reviews points to review gathering. An outdated site that embarrasses you points to web design. And if you are itching to run ads, we will tell you honestly whether the foundation is ready; ads management itself is coming soon. The strategy call exists to find that answer in 30 minutes.

Can you take over a website someone else built?

Usually, yes. We audit what exists, tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping, and either rebuild it or improve it. Sometimes the right answer is a fresh build; the demo shows you what that would look like before you decide.

Question 14

Do you send marketing texts to purchased lists?

Accepted Answer

No. The only texting we build is review requests and related follow-ups to your own customers with proper consent, as part of the review gathering system. Cold texting purchased lists violates US messaging rules and burns your number's reputation, so we do not offer it.
